Cancellation Policy
Cancelations must be made in writing via email: info@youralpinetours.com with the subject 'Cancellation'.
If you cancel a month or longer before your booked ski or snowbaord week - do not worry, we refund 100% of your paid deposit. If cancellation happens less than a month before the start of the course - we will give a credit to you or anyone you want to gift it to for another time (dependant on our availability).
If a participant cannot attend a booked service due to illness or sudden injury, the paid amount is refunded only with an official doctor notice.
Each ski or snowboard week, specialised training, if not booked privately, have a minimum number of participants. If there are less people as stated in the offer, we offer a private offer instead or you can cancel your booking and we refund the paid deposit.
We leave the right to postpone or cancel the course if the specific trainer, required for the week is not available, injured or sick. In this case, we refund the money paid or can rearrange if it suits all the participants.
The Your Alpine Tours is entitled to withdraw from the contract at any time if the customer takes part in trainings under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication and safe participation is no longer guaranteed. The same applies if the customer persistently disobeys the instructions of the teachers or the carers. The customer has no claims in the event of such a contract termination. In particular, he/she is also obliged to pay the full fee.
We endeavour to avoid injuries during the courses or lessons. In the unfortunate event that injury occurs, the price of the course or a lesson is not refunded. These costs can be claimed by a guest through your own personal travel/health or accident insurance.
The cancellation of ski/snowboard weeks, specialised trainings due to harsh weather conditions are not compensated. Trainings take place in whatever the weather as long as the ski lifts are open.
